     Participants are requested to make their registration fee payable to the account of " Egyptian Nuclear Physics Association No. 1590001000048993 ", Bank Misr, Nasr City Branch, Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt Swift Code BMISEGCX159 - according to the following:

* Registration (received after 9 Mar. 2022):

4500 LE 480 Euro (received upto 27 Apr. 2022, and in cash after that)

for Egyptians for Non Egyptians

The fee will cover the book of abstracts, conference printed material, attendance of scientific sessions, Cairo-Sharm transportation, and the conference online proceedings. For Egyptians the fee covers all-inclusive accommodation in a 5-stars hotel (shared in double-bed rooms). Other expenses as hotel accommodation for non-Egyptians, and occasions (tours, excursions, entrance charges to tourist places, etc.) are financed personally.
    In case of written cancellations received by 16 Mar. 2022, only 80% of the prepaid amount will be refunded. No reimbursement can be made for cancellations received after this date.
    Fee for accompanying person is 3800 LE for Egyptians and 200 Euro for non-Egyptians (neither including hotel accommodation for non-Egyptians, nor occasions for both).
